Your Opportunity:

The Graphic Designer will join the Marketing & Communication Team and contribute to the development and maintenance of Ginori’s visual identity. The role will support the creation of graphic materials with a primary focus on offline projects, collaborating across different company functions and ensuring high-quality standards in line with the brand’s luxury positioning.


How you will contribute:

Graphics and Offline Materials


  • Creative development of graphic materials for campaigns, catalogs, packaging, events, and special projects.

  • Creation of graphic content for collection catalogs, point-of-sale materials, and events.

  • Adaptation of layouts and visuals for different formats and channels, both digital and print (image formatting and sizing).

  • Layout design for printed materials, including:Collection and digital catalogsPrice listsPackaging and labels


Production and Special Projects


  • Production of:Collection catalogs, digital catalogs, price lists, and bookletsCorporate and retail stationery materials (business cards, shopping bags, folders, informational panels)Graphic materials for events, trade fairs, and press days (invitations, menus, place cards, press gifts)Graphic assets for Ginori Café, Ginori Arte, and co-branding projects

  • Preparation of final files for print and digital, including proof checks and press approvals.

  • Support in packaging development for new collections and press gifts (die-cut design, layout, and final execution).

  • Support in creative development of graphic content for social media and styled photo shoots.

  • Creative supervision of productions managed by external suppliers/agencies: pre-production, on-set presence, and post-production of content.


Internal Coordination


  • Continuous collaboration with internal teams to ensure visual consistency and compliance with brand guidelines.


Who you are:


  • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields.

  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within fashion, design, or luxury environments.

  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Aesthetic sensitivity and affinity with the luxury world.

  • Creativity, precision, and a proactive approach.

  • Ability to work in a team and build effective relationships.

  • Good written and spoken English proficiency.
