  • Overseeing health checks and safety training management.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Handling all contracts with partners Relocation Company, Expatriate’s apartments owners, corporate car leasing company, Panasonic Europe and Panasonic Corporation HR ,; collection of necessary information and documentation for managing daily requests and issues
  • Local Employment Law : Exp. Immigration procedure administration support (relocation support)
  • Provide local support to Exp. And their family in coordination with local HR General Manager and Panasonic PE Planning (Handbook)
  • Health & Safety : Administration support for Labour medicine checks and labour safety training; support Exp. For Health checks administration (medical insurance claims)
  • Training needs support (Italian language lessons)
  • Management of safety equipment, devices and materials in the office
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Bachelor's degree or similar in Languages, Economics, or Public Relations
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in similar roles or in contact with expatriate personnel at real estate, relocation, and immigration consultancy companies)
  • Japanese language spoken and written
  • Fluent English
  • Basic Italian
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
