Front House Manager - Hotel Business Palace, Milano

Join Starhotels and become part of our Hotel Business Palace in the heart of Milan.

As Front House Manager you will be the main lead in creating a positive stay for our guests, overseeing the Front Office team and providing a high level of service for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating the activity of the department to create a memorable experience for our guests.
  • Mentoring and motivating the team to reach their full potential.
  • Ensuring a good relationship is maintained between Front Office, Event Department, Housekeeping & Maintenance.
  • Being the key point of contact for our guests, efficiently responding to their inquiries and providing information and assistance.
  • Staying updated about hotel services, guest needs, and special events.
  • Ensuring policies and procedures compliance.
Qualifications
  • A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality.
  • +2 years experience as Front House Manager.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Opera PMS for efficient operation.
  • Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges and complaint resolution finesse.
  • A commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Impeccable grooming standard.
  • Versatility in handling various work scenarios.
  • Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
