Job Description:

Enfinity is looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior FNTP Project Manager to lead our renewable energy projects from AU approved status through to full notice to proceed (FNTP). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, specifically within the renewable energy sector, and a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget. Good leadership skills are needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of renewable energy projects, ensuring all project objectives are met.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met and costs are controlled.
• Analyzing PV/BESS project sites and development process to obtain the relevant authorizations.
• Review the technical, administrative, and legal documentation.
• Participation in Technical and Legal Due Diligences.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of managing large-scale renewable energy projects in the solar PV or Wind industry from inception to FNTP.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of greenfield development dynamics.
• Previous experiences in permitting and authorization of renewable projects in Italy.
• Knowledgeable of the environmental and permitting regulation and planning.
