Competenze

  • Have an Engineering degree or High School Diploma with relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrate good working knowledge of Control Systems for rotating equipment installation and maintenance with DLN/DLE mapping experience.
  • Technical awareness of Gas Turbines, Centrifugal Compressors, Reciprocating Compressors, or Steam Turbines and their auxiliaries.
  • Display a strong customer service-orientation mindset, experienced leading customers through tough decisions.
  • Be skilled at communicating complex technical information to customers and teams.

As Field Service Engineer - Site Manager, you'll play a vital role with our customers. Leading installation and maintenance activities, you will work with customers to troubleshoot issues and ensure safe and compliant installations.

As Field Service Engineer - Site Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving project development, being the reference for Customer and Company on relevant strategy/decision making
  • Leading / providing operational framework for activities to teams and skilled labour, ensuring safety, compliance and quality
  • Preparing and updating technical documentation, plans, daily and weekly briefing reports for customers and internal cross-functional teams
  • Ensuring internal training, compliance and quality documentation is updated, followed and completed according to company standards

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have an Engineering degree or High School Diploma with relevant work experience
  • Demonstrate good working knowledge of Control Systems for rotating equipment installation and maintenance with DLN/DLE mapping experience
  • Technical awareness of Gas Turbines or Centrifugal Compressors or Reciprocating Compressors or Steam Turbines and their auxiliaries
  • Display a strong customer service-orientation mindset, experienced leading customers through tough decisions
  • Be skilled at communicating complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding
  • EU Passport or European Work permit required
