Field Sales Representative Away From Home in Bari - 12 Months Assignment

You will be reporting into the Key Account Away From Home being part of a dedicated Away From Home Field Sales Representative team.

You will be working on two different channels (Small Supers and Coffee Shop), focusing mainly on coffee shop in AHF.

You will be reporting into the Key Account Away From Home being part of a dedicated Away From Home Field Sales Representative team.

You will be working on two different channels (Small Supers and Coffee Shop), focusing mainly on coffee shop in AHF.

AWAY FROM HOME
  • Your main goal is to increase sales and distribution throughout the designated geographic area, promoting Kellanova portfolio in the AFH channel with focus in coffee shops.
  • You will support the wholesaler’s sales team visiting with them the POS with the main goal of:
    • promoting and selling Kellanova products within the POS that currently don’t buy
    • Increasing rotation of K products through visibility of our products and POSM in POS already served
  • You may be given new potential pos in your areas to cover by yourself
  • You will give constant feedback to the company throughout periodic reports and meetings
RETAIL
  • Sales and Objectives - Maximize Kellanova brands by achieving sales targets in assigned points of sales and tasks including shelf reorganization, monitoring out-of-stock levels, and managing share of shelf.
  • POS Panel Management - Responsible for effective coverage through daily and weekly visit schedules.
  • Collaboration and Coordination - Collaborate with sell-in roles and coordinate with other Field Sales Representatives; Provide advance information, recommendations, and feedback.

Your relationship with the RETAIL Field Sales team will be close: you will refer weekly to the Area Manager and other colleagues on the territory.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Previous experience as agents or Field Sales Representative Away From Home or similar experiences with distributors/wholesalers.
  • Negotiation and sales skills.
  • Fluency in local language (Italian).
  • Valid Italian Driving Licence.
