Field Sales & Brand Ambassador - Bologna

Our mission

In 2016 our founders wanted to feed their dogs — Edgard & Cooper — pet food they could feel good about. The kind of food that was as good for the planet as it was for their pets. Our pack has grown to 200 employees and we are part of the B Corp movement.

What type of breed are we looking for? Do you believe pets deserve better food and love turning that belief into action? We’re looking for a natural-born connector to grow Edgard & Coopers presence in Bologna. As our Field Sales & Brand Ambassador you’ll be the bridge between our brand and the shops that share our values.

You’ll mix relationship-building with strategic hustle: nurturing existing retail partnerships, solving problems before they arise, and ensuring every partner feels supported. You’ll also scout exciting new locations and use your charm and know-how to show store owners why our products belong on their shelves. Whether it’s coaching staff, planning local promotions, or simply being the friendly face of our brand, you’ll turn retail spaces into pet nutrition hotspots.

What will be in your bowl

Responsibilities
  • Hunt for new pet shops & stores to partner with Edgard & Cooper — find the best spots in your region
  • Convince store owners to join us and show them why pets (and their humans) will love our natural food
  • Transform stores into Edgard & Cooper hotspots: set up eye-catching displays, run tastings, and launch local promotions
  • Train shop teams — teach them all about our products so they sell with confidence
  • Share local happenings: inform us about competitors, customer feedback, and ideas for the region
  • Run fun local events and bring national campaigns to life in your area (e.g., pet parties, sampling days)
  • Be the face of Edgard & Cooper: chat with store staff and pet parents, and build relationships
  • Track wins and report which activities drive sales and where there is room for improvement
Qualifications
  • 1 year experience in field sales, account management, or a similar role with demonstrated relationship-building and results
  • A passion for connecting with people; comfortable talking with store owners and sharing our story
  • Natural storyteller; makes our mission and products irresistible (Italian native, English fluent)
  • Negotiation skills to find win-win partnerships
  • Organized & proactive; you manage your territory, time, and targets with focus
  • Problem-solving mindset; you address challenges proactively
  • Tech-friendly; MS Office (especially Excel) is part of your toolkit
  • Must-haves: Driving license; based near Bologna; you know the local landscape
