Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting F&B Service Experts/chef de rang - Room service.

Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager, you will be responsible for delivering excellent Food & Beverage room service.

This is a full-time position, working 5 nights per week with 2 days off
The estimated start date is January.

Great dining experiences are shaped not only by exceptional cuisine, but also by outstanding service. As an F&B Service Expert/chef de rang, you will ensure you are knowledgeable about every menu item, enabling you to make recommendations and confidently answer guest questions.

You will serve food and beverages efficiently and with genuine care, addressing any concerns promptly. Thanks to your attention and professionalism, guests will feel welcomed, satisfied, and eager to return.

  • Ensure guests receive authentic, efficient, and attentive service

  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand guidelines
