A luxury hotel chain in Como is seeking a Chief Engineer to oversee the Engineering department's operations. You will coordinate maintenance, supervise teams, maintain safety compliance, and ensure quality standards. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years' experience in luxury hospitality, a relevant engineering degree, and is fluent in English and Italian. Competenze

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or mid-level engineering role, ideally within a luxury hospitality setting.
• Strong technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and civil systems.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Assist the Engineering Manager in overseeing all operations of the Engineering department.
• Supervise and support Engineering Supervisors and technicians in daily tasks and preventive maintenance plans.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and fire prevention regulations.
