The ideal candidate will have significant experience in SOX Compliance and strong analytical skills to support compliance efforts across business units. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative water technology solutions.

Competenze

• 5 years of relevant experience in Risk Assurance Internal and/or External Audit.
• 5 years of experience in SOX Compliance internal controls over financial reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Oversee the execution of Xylem's Sarbanes Oxley program.
• Collaborate with business units on risk mitigating efforts.
• Conduct risk assessments to understand the risk landscape.
