Responsibilities

1. Collect and analyze technical requirements for overseas ESS projects.
2. Communicate with clients and design ESS solutions based on client needs, including preparing bidding documents.
3. Identify technical risks and resolve system issues during project implementation.
4. Maintain client relationships and explore client needs and information.
5. Collect and analyze technical requirements of the local market to develop competitive product demands.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in renewable energy, electrical engineering, power electronics, high-voltage power grid, mechanical and automation, or related fields.
2. Familiarity with renewable energy power generation systems or power transformation and distribution systems.
3. Experience in microgrid energy storage system development and familiarity with grid-forming PCS technology.
4. Knowledge of the development processes and requirements of energy storage projects in overseas regions.
5. Priority given to candidates with 3 or more years of experience in energy projects (energy storage, photovoltaic, power generation, etc.).
6. Ability to read and understand various English technical specifications and papers; proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
7. Strong user needs analysis capabilities and customer relationship management skills.
8. Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, execution, and logical thinking skills.
