Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
  • Collaborate with support functions to drive demand generation and lead conversion.

Customer & Partner Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Conduct business reviews with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Resolve customer concerns in collaboration with support and operations teams.

Reporting & Forecasting:

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership.
  • Track and report regional performance metrics (revenue, margins, conversion rates, etc.).
  • Utilize CRM to manage sales activities and ensure data accuracy.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment:

  • Work closely with Solutions, Marketing, and Local hardware teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
  • Provide field feedback to influence product development and service improvements.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals.
  • Set performance expectations, monitor KPIs, and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and customer success.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation.
  2. Strong decision-making skills; able to make accurate decisions quickly and implement effective solutions.
  3. Some work experience with a basic understanding of the new energy market.
  4. Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; ability to communicate directly with foreign clients; proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
  5. Clear team objectives, reasonable task allocation, promote team collaboration, willing to travel overseas; overseas work experience is preferred.
