My client is expanding its renewable energy activities in Italy and we are looking for an experienced HSE Manager to join the team in Milan.

Responsibilities

• Lead health, safety, and environmental strategy across multiple sites in Italy
• Ensure compliance with Italian legislation and company standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
• Manage audits, inspections, and reporting of HSE KPIs
• Develop training programs and oversee competency of site personnel
• Support project teams during design, construction, and operations
• Drive continuous improvement in safety culture and environmental performance

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, HSE, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in HSE within construction, industrial, or renewable energy projects
• Strong knowledge of Italian HSE legislation
