Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain and repair internal factory equipment.
  • Supervise employees who perform maintenance and tool making.
  • Develop an operational year plan for the team’s manufacturing activities and suggest improvements for products, processes and procedures.
  • Ensure that equipment and tools are in good condition for use and propose plans for preventive maintenance and corrective action.
  • Exchange data and information concerning interaction concerns and improvements in products, processes and procedures.
  • Handle standardized manufacturing processes and flexibility in ways of working and planning.
  • Lead a small manufacturing unit with a budget > $0.5 million.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Experienced problem solver with an analytical approach to identify root causes and implement improvement solutions.
  • Fluent in English and Italian and able to work in the EU.
