Un'azienda leader nel settore delle energie rinnovabili cerca un Ingegnere Elettrico Senior per gestire il loro portafoglio di progetti in Italia. Il candidato ideale avrà almeno 5 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo e nell'esecuzione di progetti fotovoltaici e sistemi di accumulo di energia. Sarà responsabile della validazione dei progetti, della gestione delle attività di pre-costruzione e della collaborazione con team interfunzionali per garantire il successo dei progetti. Competenze

• Laurea Magistrale o Triennale in Ingegneria Elettrica, Energia Rinnovabile o simile.
• Minimo 5 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo e nell'esecuzione di progetti PV e/o BESS.
• Esperienza nella progettazione, ingegneria e supporto EPC.

Mansioni

• Condurre valutazioni di sito e studi di fattibilità durante tutto il ciclo di vita del progetto.
• Guidare le attività post-permesso, inclusa la pianificazione pre-costruzione.
• Validare i progetti ingegneristici per garantire la conformità alle normative.

Team Lead | Onshore / Offshore Wind & Cleantech

The Green Recruitment Company has been partnered with a leading operator in the search of a Senior Electrical Engineer to support their rapidly expanding portfolio in Italy.

With more than 15 GW of Onshore and Offshore projects in the pipeline in Europe.

The Senior Electrical Engineer will be in charge of the development execution of the projects, from initial greenfield stage to CoD.

The candidate will have to manage the processes of BESS and Solar PV projects reporting to the Technical Head.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading site assessments, feasibility studies, layout optimization, and risk analysis throughout the project lifecycle.
• Driving post‑permitting activities, including pre‑construction planning, constructability reviews, and technical input for procurement and EPC tenders.
• Validating engineering designs to ensure compliance with grid codes, permitting conditions, and project goals.
• Collaborating with project directors and construction teams to develop detailed plans and schedules.
• Shaping quality‑control procedures and installation standards for PV systems.
• Promoting HSE best practices in partnership with the HSE manager.
• Supporting communications with key stakeholders like utilities, grid operators, and regulators when needed.

Requirements

• MSc or Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or similar.
• Plus 5 years of experience in PV and / or BESS project development and execution.
• Experience in the development, design, engineering and whole EPC support.
• Experience negotiating with Terna and the grid connection phase.
• Fluent in Italian and English (C1 level).
