Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead all pre‑opening activities for the new Dior SPA launching in 2026, including facility setup, operational planning, vendor selection, and initial stock procurement.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive SPA revenue, profitability, and market positioning in alignment with Dior brand standards and Belmond's operational excellence.
  • Lead wellness initiatives beyond the SPA, crafting innovative wellness experiences that respond to the latest trends and are presented in line with the property's unique positioning.
  • Identify opportunities for and execute on‑property wellness activations that enhance the guest journey.
  • Oversee movement, nutrition, and all wellness initiatives integrated across the entire guest journey within the hotel.
  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a high‑performing team of SPA Dior Therapists, receptionists, and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee all daily operational aspects of the SPA, including guest services, treatment scheduling, product inventory, and facility maintenance, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Ensure the consistent delivery of the highest standards of Dior signature treatments, personalized guest consultations, and product recommendations.
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Cultivate strong relationships with guests, handling feedback and concerns with grace, and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the hotel's leadership team and Dior brand representatives to integrate SPA services seamlessly into the overall guest experience and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Develop and execute innovative marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain clientele, enhancing the SPA's visibility and reputation.
  • Maintain a pristine and luxurious environment throughout the SPA, ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Oversee staff training and development, ensuring the team is expertly versed in Dior products, protocols, and the latest industry trends.
  • Manage vendor relationships and inventory of all Dior products and operational supplies.
Requirements
  • Extensive proven experience as a SPA Manager or Assistant SPA Manager in a luxury hotel, resort, or high‑end wellness facility, preferably with pre‑opening experience.
  • Demonstrated experience or significant personal interest in broader wellness concepts (movement, nutrition, holistic well‑being) and trend forecasting.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with a track record of motivating and developing staff.
  • Strong business acumen, including financial management, sales, and marketing expertise.
  • Deep understanding of luxury SPA operations, treatment protocols, and retail management.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
  • A meticulous eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.
  • Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of additional languages is highly desirable.
  • Relevant qualifications in hospitality, business management, aesthetics, or a related field are highly preferred.
