Digitalization Transformation Engineer – Siemens Energy

Join our dynamic Digital Transformation Team, where you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing groundbreaking projects and processes in a global environment. Your contributions will directly support our mission to innovate and improve our operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the digitalization, automation, and IT projects for the Trento factory
• Help reduce manual time in the offices by implementing Analytic/Robotic Process Automation
• Cooperate with other teams and Siemens Energy factories on global digitalization projects and collaborate on a variety of topics:
  • Desktop Apps Development UIX
  • Analytic Process Automation / Robotic Process Automation
  • Data collection, Data quality, Data monitoring

Qualifications

• Academic background in IT, computer science, or cybersecurity
• Software development skills and proficiency in object‑oriented programming languages such as C# and Python; basic knowledge of cybersecurity is sufficient
• Availability to travel 15% of the time
• Adaptable learner with enthusiasm for new challenges in an evolving IT landscape
• Data‑based thinking and some project management skills supporting digital transformation
• Proficient in English and Italian
