The Digital Services Product Manager, directly reporting to the Digital Services Manager, plays a pivotal role in designing, launching, and optimizing digital products and services in strong collaboration with Business and Digital & ICT functions.
As a key role, it demands strong product management, project coordination, and strategic thinking skills, along with expertise in digital service processes and customer experience, ultimately driving business success by creating valuable and engaging digital experiences.
Core skills Product strategy and vision : ability to define and prioritize advanced digital service features aligned with Company and Customer needs and business goals.
Requirement gathering and communication : expertise in collecting business requirements from companies and customers and translating them into clear and actionable specifications for software development teams.
Business models : ability to create complex cost models, define value-based pricing strategies (incl. -aaS), and develop sustainable business models to ensure long-term profitability and market relevance. Expertise in discussing, defining and validating business cases with Companies to support project viability and strategic decisions.
Marketing Content Generation : ability to communicate the value of digital services to the Marketing Communication department, helping define key promotional content that highlights customer and market benefits, fostering sales promotion.
Technical and Analytical Acumen Digital Services Knowledge : understanding of technologies related to digital services, such as condition monitoring, adaptive scheduling, remote assistance, IoT-enabled solutions, etc.
Visual Communication : experience with tools like Figma or similar to visually convey product features and workflows.
Customer-Centric Approach : strong customer interaction skills to understand and anticipate user needs.
Collaboration and Facilitation : effective communication with cross-functional teams in International environments, including software developers, Customers, Companies, and other stakeholders, to ensure smooth implementation.
Problem-Solving and Adaptability Decision-Making : ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize tasks in dynamic environments.
familiarity with Agile and Scrum processes to coordinate iterative development cycles and deliver high-quality solutions may be beneficial.
Domain Knowledge (preferred) Industry Expertise : Understanding of manufacturing business and packaging machinery and its digital services landscape to align project goals with business objectives.
Professional knowledge of the English language.
