Your Role

Detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Digital & Customer Success Specialist to ensure successful activation of Technogym Digital Ecosystem, proactively supporting clients in achieving success on the most suitable KPIs. You will generate best practices on Customer Success that support the sales team in maximizing product penetration and positioning, and contribute to maximise the number of people actively using the mywellness cloud platform, exploiting any upsell opportunity on software, devices and services.

Your Impact
  • Guide new customers through onboarding, setup, and training to ensure effective adoption and understanding of the product.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and success criteria.
  • Proactively engage with customers through multiple channels to monitor satisfaction, provide support, and collect feedback.
  • Educate customers on product features, updates, and best practices to maximize value and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (sales, marketing, product, support) to deliver seamless and consistent customer experience.
  • Address and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring high level of satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage customer accounts, including renewals, upsells, and cross‑sells, to drive growth and meet revenue targets.
  • Monitor usage and adoption data to identify at‑risk accounts and develop proactive retention strategies.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for product enhancement.
  • Develop customer success plans, training materials, and documentation to support long‑term engagement and product utilization.
  • Promote customer advocacy by identifying satisfied clients for testimonials, case studies, and referrals, contributing to brand reputation and growth.
About You

Passionate about working out, enthusiastic, proactive, and down‑to‑earth with excellent account management, solution selling, strategic thinking, and relationship skills. Experience in the fitness industry is highly desirable.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital sales or a related field.
  • Excellent English proficiency and strong knowledge of digital products and market trends.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing sales processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct market analysis and benchmarking.

  • Experience in coordinating cross‑functional teams and managing customer relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation and sales techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
