A leading technology firm in the automotive sector seeks a Mid-Senior level Sales and Business Development professional in Milan, Italy. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for building and managing dealership partnerships, traveling to Spain regularly to meet clients, and collaborating with a Milan-based team to exceed sales targets. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in B2B tech sales, are fluent in Spanish and Italian, and are passionate about sales performance and digital tools.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, Southern Europe, this role is focused on building strong dealership partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving results in a fast changing market.
Spain is a significant growth market for Autouncle. We already work with customers there, and we’re now investing in expanding our footprint, meaning there is a large opportunity to acquire new dealerships and scale the market further.
You’ll be based in our Milan office and travel regularly to Spain, while also supporting the Italian market. When you’re not traveling, you’ll work from the Milan office, managing your portfolio and preparing for upcoming visits.
At Autouncle, we are not a marketing tool, but more of a sales partner. Our platform helps dealerships generate high-quality leads, strengthen their margins, and reduce dependency on external platforms. While working closely with our Marketing, Digital Ops, and Product teams, your role is to show dealers how to sell smarter and build consumer trust in the process.
