Job Purpose

Implement a program to develop the main digital platforms, leveraging knowledge of functions, underlying processes and a clear vision of the entire digital ecosystem. Define a platform marketing strategy to support commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand the processes behind the corporate platforms and collaborate with impacted areas to define and develop end‑to‑end, seamless, self‑service customer journeys.
  • Ensure documentation of platform functionalities to create accessible know‑how for all stakeholders.
  • Design/strengthen the user experience, evaluating impact on the customer and on internal processes.
  • Monitor platform KPIs and produce periodic reports for continuous improvement of usage and development.
  • Promote and activate best marketing strategies with content and actions supporting commercial objectives.
  • Coordinate with Pricing, Product and Commercial Areas to manage the commercial showcase and e‑commerce platform.
  • Guide, in coordination with the PM Transformation, the evolution of the MyAyvens platform, aiming for an increasingly self‑service experience.
  • Knowledge of major customer platforms (Website, e‑Commerce, MyAyvens).
  • Knowledge of best practices in customer user experience design.
