A leading fitness technology company in Italy seeks a Digital & Customer Success Specialist to ensure successful activation of their Digital Ecosystem. The ideal candidate will guide customers through onboarding, build relationships, and drive user engagement. A minimum of 3 years in digital sales and excellent English proficiency are required. We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Digital & Customer Success Specialist to ensure a successful activation of Technogym Digital Ecosystem, proactively supporting the Client in achieving success on the most suitable KPIs. You will generate Best Practices on Customer Success that can support the sales team in maximizing product penetration and positioning. Additionally, you will contribute to maximize the number of people actively using the mywellness cloud platform, exploiting any upsell opportunity on software, devices and services (e.g. consulting).
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic, and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. Experience in or a proven interest in the fitness industry is highly desirable, along with excellent account management/solution selling/strategic thinking/relationship skills.
