This position involves guiding customers through onboarding, enhancing their experience with the Technogym Digital Ecosystem, and driving product adoption. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in digital sales, excellent English proficiency, and strong relationship management skills. This role promotes a proactive and customer-centric approach to ensure client success and satisfaction.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Digital & Customer Success Specialist to ensure a successful activation of Technogym Digital Ecosystem proactively supporting the Client in achieving Success on the most suitable KPIs. You will generate Best Practices on Customer Success that can support the sales team in maximizing product penetration and you will contribute to maximize the number of people actively using the mywellness cloud platform exploiting any upsell opportunity on software devices and services (e.g. consulting).
Ideally you are passionate about working out enthusiastic and proactive while also down-to-earth and ethical. Experience of or a proven interest in the fitness industry is highly desirable along with excellent account management / solution selling / strategic thinking / relationship skills.
