The ideal candidate will manage digital content for e-commerce, support brand strategy, and maintain brand consistency while working collaboratively with the marketing and e-commerce teams. A strong background in digital marketing, proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, and fluency in both Italian and English are essential. The Digital Content Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the creation, execution, and optimisation of digital content across owned, paid, and third‑party platforms. The role ensures brand consistency, high‑quality execution, and effective storytelling across international markets, supporting both brand and commercial objectives.
The role reports directly to the Marketing Director and works in close collaboration with the E‑commerce Manager, E‑commerce Team, CRM Manager, and Social Media Coordinator.
This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. The position operates independently while leveraging the support of an external graphic designer for more operational and executional design activities.
Plan, develop, and manage digital content across website, email marketing, social media, paid campaigns, and marketplaces.
Ensure consistent brand identity, visual language, and tone of voice across all digital touchpoints.
Support the evolution of digital storytelling in line with brand strategy and seasonal priorities.
Contribute to UX and content optimisation to improve engagement.
Manage homepage, landing page, and key commercial content updates.
Work closely with the E‑commerce Director and team to support conversion and merchandising objectives.
Produce and adapt assets using Adobe Creative Cloud and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
Execute multilingual email marketing campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Collaborate with the CRM Manager on customer journeys, segmentation, and content alignment.
Manage editorial planning, design, scheduling, and deployment of newsletters.
Partner with the Social Media Coordinator/Manager to align content and campaign priorities.
Support the creation of assets for organic and paid social media.
Adapt content for platforms such as Zalando and El Corte Inglés.
Manage post‑production, resizing, and upload of digital assets.
The compensation package will be determined based on the candidate's experience and seniority, applying the CCNL Textile Clothing Fashion (Industry) agreement.
