DevOps Project Manager
Looking for a seasoned DCM DevOps Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a deep understanding of DevOps principles, digital transformation, and stakeholder engagement.

As a DCM DevOps Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading end-to-end delivery of DevOps and digital transformation projects in the Digital Configuration Management (DCM) area.
- Defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.
- Developing and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, and communication strategies.
- Ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution.
- Acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT operations, development teams including external vendors.
- Managing vendor contracts, SLAs, onboarding, and performance reviews.
- Facilitating regular stakeholder meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and ensure transparency.
- Driving consensus and decision-making across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Overseeing deployment pipelines, release schedules, and environment management.
- Ensuring operational readiness and support handover for new systems and features.
- Monitoring KPIs and operational metrics to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Coordinating incident response and post-mortem reviews with relevant teams.
- Collaborating with architecture and engineering teams to align DevOps practices with IET DCM strategy.
- Promoting automation, cloud adoption, and agile delivery models.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation across the DevOps lifecycle.

To be successful in the role, you should have:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years in DevOps or digital transformation in the Engineering/Manufacturing domain.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Strong understanding of DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD, cloud platforms, Rally etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and ITIL frameworks.
- Exposure to ITO/OTR Processes, CTO/ETO engineering Processes.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Experience with Engineering/CAD, PLM and ERP systems is a plus.
- Exposure to enterprise digital platforms and microservices architecture.
- Certifications: PMP, CSM, ITIL, or equivalent.

- Resolves day-to-day issues related to strategy implementation. Escalates issues that impact the client and/or strategic initiatives.
