A luxury fashion brand in Milan is seeking a Demand Planner to assist in demand planning duties, including estimating future product demand and analyzing inventory flows. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience, strong analytical skills, and be fluent in both Italian and English. This temporary role in the Retail Planning Department is vital for ensuring efficient stock management and supporting Buyers. Advanced Excel skills are required.

As a Demand Planner, you will play a key role working within the HQ Retail Planning Department, and assisting in all demand planning duties including estimating future product demand, analyzing inventory flow, and developing forecast models.

What Makes Up Your Day

In this role, you will:

  • Monitor the alignment process with Retail, Merchandising, Supply Chain and Finance respecting timeline compliance and data quality and integrity.
  • Monitor the actual stock and the target stock level set in each market for the Continuative Program to guarantee the most efficient stock management.
  • Elaborate sales and stock reporting analysis to:
    • Highlight risks and opportunities to increase the business.
    • Elaborate action plans.
  • Work on seasonal budget and monthly rolling forecast.
  • Support Buyers of each Market in monitoring sales and stock of Continuative program.
