A global construction management firm is seeking a Deck Yard HSE Supervisor in Ravenna, Italy. The ideal candidate will ensure health, safety, and environmental practices are followed during deck fabrication and assembly. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety, or Environmental Science and a minimum of 8 years HSE experience, with at least 5 years in offshore projects. Responsibilities include supervising HSE compliance, conducting inspections, and preparing reports. This role provides an opportunity to lead safety initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Competenze

• 8+ years of HSE experience in oil & gas fabrication yards or heavy industrial construction.
• Minimum of 5 years offshore experience, with 3–5 years on offshore projects.
• Recognized HSE certifications required (NEBOSH IGC/OSHE, OSHA 30-hour, etc.).

• Supervise and monitor HSE practices during yard fabrication and assembly.
