A leading casino operator in Italy is seeking a full-time Dealer to provide entertaining experiences and maintain the organization of games. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year's experience, excellent communication skills, and a service-minded attitude. This role offers a salary range of €1400 - €2500 per month, training provided, and various employee benefits including vacation and team events.

Competenze

• Casino Malta is looking to hire a Dealer on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

• Providing entertaining casino experiences to the clients by rendering pleasant services and professional organization of games at tables
• Interact with managers to share concerns and information as well as any misconduct or suspicious behaviour during the course of gameplay
• Monitor game pace and play while maintaining a positive and fun environment for Casino guests

Requirements

• At least 1 year of proven work experience as a Dealer in the land-based Casino
• English on the communication level; any other language will be considered an asset
• Required to complete a pre-employment background check successfully
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, public holidays and day / night shifts
• Must be able to wear assigned uniforms and maintain professional appearance standards
• Service-minded with excellent communications skills and a positive attitude
• The ability to work as part of a team and be adaptable to changing business needs
