About The Role

A Customer Success Specialist at Wildix is committed to enhancing partner experiences and building strong, lasting relationships by providing outstanding support and service. Serving as a liaison between support, sales, and other teams, the CSS plays a key role in ensuring the success, satisfaction, and long-term retention of Wildix partners.

What You Will Do
  • Promptly respond to partner queries via email, live chat, video, phone, and SFPC tickets.
  • Escalate serious complaints immediately to PDMs or relevant departments to ensure quick resolution.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and management to deliver the best solutions for partner needs.
  • Identify recurring challenges and proactively suggest improvements.
  • Deliver training sessions on Wildix tools (WMP, SFPC) and provide product overviews, ensuring adoption, confident usage, and highlighting opportunities to maximize partner value.
  • Actively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during partner interactions, ensuring these are shared with PDMs or followed up directly when relevant.
  • Gather and share structured partner feedback with internal teams to improve products and services.
  • Provide logistical, administrative, and commercial assistance, including support during partner onboarding.
  • Keep partners updated on Wildix news, including new products, promotions, and system updates, with a focus on positioning new offers as growth opportunities.
  • Participate in workshops and meetings to stay aligned with company updates, best practices, and upsell strategies.
  • Maintain a polite, professional, and solution-oriented approach in all partner interactions.
What You Will Bring
  • At least 2 years of previous experience with sales/customer support-related roles
  • Excellent proficiency in Italian and high proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the versatility to communicate at all levels
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills for effective communication and collaboration
  • You are a team player with a "can-do" attitude and the ability to work with others to provide an excellent customer service and experience
  • Commitment and self-motivation to work within deadlines with minimum supervision
  • Proven experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce
  • The ability to respond appropriately under pressure
  • A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients

Compensation – The total annual compensation for this role is 36K EUR gross (27K base salary and 9K uncapped commissions)
