Junior Service Admin Coordinator (f/m/d)

This position is part of the EMEA Customer Service Team and is our contact person for customers to identify their service needs and determine appropriate action or escape for further review.

Responsibilities
  • Basic collaboration with Field Service Engineers (FSE) requests. Acts as intermediary between customer, third‑party vendors and Service Engineers
  • Learns to apply company policies and procedures to quote processing, invoicing including coordination of all field service related tasks
  • Forster interpersonal skills to manage and resolve customer complaints
Essential Requirements
  • High School diploma (A level), apprenticeship or equivalent
  • Willingness to develop in a multicultural environment
  • C1 Level Language Skills (English + Italian)
Preferred Experience
  • Order administration role, preferably in a fast‑changing service environment
  • Working with CRM System - Salesforce and Oracle
