Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative provides exemplary customer service and support by proactively navigating and diagnosing customer needs and responding using a wide and dynamic base of information and resources.

  • Cremona, Italy
  • Flexible 60% site / 40% remote
Your Challenge
  • Order Management: Handles routine and non-routine customer order activities, including managing customer demand, following up on samples, and guiding complex order entry. The CSR works with multiple sourcing locations, transportation modes, and a broad range of products, requiring multitasking and critical thinking. Responsible for receiving and recording customer complaints and facilitating resolution with internal partners.
  • Reporting, Metrics, Audits: Performs daily activities with a compliance outlook. Keeps appropriate records and provides supporting documentation for specific requests from supervisors and auditors.

  • At least 5 years of experience in customer service/sales administration in a fast-changing environment
  • Process excellence and ability to plan and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Partnership and accuracy are critical
  • Business proficiency in Italian and English essential
  • PC skills: MS Office, Outlook, and Excel proficiency
  • Adaptability to routines and time management
  • Strong experience with SAP SD module (S/4 HANA)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, collaboration, and training skills
  • First-level troubleshooting and strong interpersonal skills
