Overview

We’re looking for a Customer Care & Sales Experiencer to join our awesome Sales and Customer Care team!

If you’re a people person who loves solving problems with a smile and keeping things smooth behind the scenes, this role is for you!

Based at our Rome HQ, you’ll be the connection point between our guests (B2C), partners (B2B), and all our Squares — making sure everyone experiences the full Yellow vibe, from first contact to check-out and beyond. The ideal candidate is detail and customer oriented, organized, and empathetic, with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle complex situations with a positive, solution-oriented approach.

What you’ll be doing
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, tour operators, and travel agencies (B2B!)
  • Respond to guest inquiries, bookings, and reviews via email, phone, and online channels (that’s the B2C bit)
  • Keep communication flowing smoothly between all our Squares
  • Coordinate with other departments to keep guests informed and happy
What you bring
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer care, hospitality, or sales
  • Fluent in Italian and English (C1 level) — extra languages are a big plus
  • People skills and problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable using property management systems (Clock), OTA extranets, CRMs and Google Workspace. A nice plus if you are familiar with channel managers.
  • Great at working in a team but also independent when needed
  • Available full-time from our Rome HQ (with 1 remote day per week)
