What You Will Do
  • Support customers in Italian via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist with shipment tracking, delivery issues, and service options
  • Handle concerns using established guidelines and internal procedures
  • Maintain accurate system records and compliance requirements
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through friendly, professional communication
  • Collaborate with internal departments when needed
Full Relocation Package
  • Free flight to Athens
  • Airport pickup on arrival
  • Two weeks of paid accommodation
  • Support in finding long-term housing
  • Assistance with documentation (AFM, AMKA, bank account)
  • Ongoing relocation guidance as needed
Requirements
  • Native or fluent Italian (C1–C2)
  • English B2 for internal communication
  • Strong communication & problem‑solving skills
  • Customer‑oriented mindset
  • Eligibility to work in Greece (relocation provided if needed)
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
Salary & Work Details
  • €1100 base salary + up to 15% performance bonus
  • Additional transportation bonus (up to €100 for on‑site)
  • Monday–Friday, between 09:00–23:00 (8h/day within this range)
  • Work model: On‑site (remote available upon internal approval)
  • Start date: 16/12
