To expand our reach in a new market and tap into fresh opportunities, we’re seeking a Country Sales Manager!

The main challenge for the Country Sales Manager is to expand local business activities by identifying new opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies, while also playing a key role in developing and growing the team.

Your Responsibilities :

  1. Identify new potential clients based on the sales strategy.
  2. Cultivate strong relationships to expand your client base and ensure lasting satisfaction.
  3. Take charge of the entire sales process, from finding prospects to sealing deals and growing your portfolio.
  4. Spot opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to boost revenue.
  5. Participate in relevant industry events for business development.

Your profile :

  1. 7 years of experience in a similar position.
  2. Ability to sell a SaaS solution.
  3. Knowledge of the retail and/or digital sectors.
  4. Ability to persuade C-level executives and IT directors in B2B relationships.
  5. Proficient in both written and oral communication in Italian and English.

What we Offer :

Your compensation package includes :

  • Unlimited commissions, paid monthly on each sale.
  • An annual bonus based on the achievement of individual and company goals.
  • A 50% contribution towards your public transportation pass.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, with one day of teleworking per week.

The position is based in Milan, Italy. This is a permanent contract.
