We are seeking a Senior Sales Professional with a solid background in Freight Forwarding and Logistics to lead new revenue generation, implement winning strategies, and secure major accounts in a defined territory.

What You'll Be Doing: Core Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Define, implement, and optimize the entire sales cycle, establishing clear, company-wide sales processes and strategies.
  • New Business Development (Hunting): Lead aggressive new business outreach with a focus on securing and retaining A, B, and C-Level customers.
  • C-Level Engagement: Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders to drive partnership and growth.
  • Performance & Forecasting: Consistently meet or exceed aggressive company KPIs and sales objectives. Take ownership of running and maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and monthly market forecast.
  • Solutions & Collaboration: Work actively with our global operations team to identify, develop, and deliver innovative services and solutions that optimize customer supply chains and clearly articulate our value proposition.

What You'll Bring: Essential Qualifications

  • Senior-Level Experience: Proven success in a senior sales role within the Freight Forwarding industry.
  • Vertical Expertise: Demonstrated experience targeting and securing leading companies across multiple key verticals, ideally including Chemical, Life Sciences & Healthcare, Retail, and Automotive.
  • Market Network: An extensive customer network and deep market knowledge within Italy and across Europe.
  • Strategic Acumen: The ability to analyze complex sales environments, identify pain points, and successfully implement corrective actions.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Italian is required.
  • Attributes: Must be independent, creative, and self-disciplined with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
