In this role, you will lead and oversee the support enablement of global NXI programs, working towards high-quality service and support delivery to customers. You will be instrumental in facilitating new service offerings and ensuring service readiness within diverse portfolios. Accountabilities
  • Lead and oversee support enablement for global NXI programs.
  • Represent the Product Support Delivery Readiness Organization in the Product Lifecycle Management process.
  • Conduct business analysis to identify root causes and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate across regions and teams to implement new services, solutions, or programs.
  • Be responsible for revenue and margin contribution for multiple solutions or services.
  • Develop business cases based on customer requirements and validate service solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional activities to drive continuous growth of the services business.
Requirements
