Specifically, when you join the Business Transformation team in Milan, you will be placed in a fast-growing team full of talent, which is characterized by the quality and impact of its transformative projects.

You will be involved in major discontinuity projects for major national and international clients, in direct contact with the top management of leading companies.

Specifically, you will be tasked with:

  • Rethinking the operating models of key business functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain) through organizational and operational levers. The goal is to implement models that can improve business performance in alignment with business strategies;
  • Supporting organizational redesign and process re-engineering initiatives through change management pathways, providing levers to address change and unlocking its full potential to be an integral part of the business transformation;
  • Evaluating the impacts and expected benefits of implemented initiatives, monitoring pre- and post-transformative performance, and initiating targeted plans to close identified gaps.
Your Skills and Characteristics

  • A master’s degree in Management, Business Administration or Management Engineering;
  • Organizational and teamwork skills with attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize and manage various complex tasks and activities
  • An excellent knowledge of the MS Office package
  • An excellent knowledge of English, ideally with study and/or work experience abroad
