PDPAOLA Jewelry is looking for a Customer Advisor to join our Milan store.

Current opening for 20 hours per week, temporarily covering a staff member on sick leave, within a growing international brand.

Responsabilità
  • Provide a unique and personalized shopping experience, sharing our brand values.
  • Offer premium and exceptional service, delivering a 360º brand experience.
  • Maintain loyalty through phone or written contacts, encouraging repeat visits.
  • Identify and analyze improvement points in the customer experience and give feedback to the Store Manager.
  • Support Visual Merchandising to maintain a premium store environment.
  • Help organize daily tasks, reorder products, and control inventory.
  • Report purchase trends and customer demands to the Store Manager for communication to the product team.
  • Participate in planning and support events in the store.
  • Ensure achievement of individual goals.
