Overview

We are looking for a Construction & Commissioning Tender Coordinator to lead and streamline the preparation of high-quality tender submissions for complex HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) projects across the globe.

In this role, you will coordinate a multidisciplinary team of experts working across various technical and regional domains. Your focus will be on ensuring consistency, alignment with internal stakeholders, and the seamless integration of subcontractor inputs into competitive and executable bids.

Responsibilities
  • Drive harmonization of tender outputs and oversee submission processes
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Manage interfaces and engage with key stakeholders
  • Contribute strategically to process improvements, tools, analytics, KPIs, and targets
  • Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
Your background
  • Proven experience in tendering or pre-construction / construction roles
  • You have strong project and financial management skills
  • Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
