A leading financial services company is seeking a Compliance Specialist to manage compliance controls and support projects in a dynamic environment. This role requires a university degree in finance, economics, or law and at least 3 years of experience in Control Functions. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, along with proficiency in MS Office and good communication in English, are essential. The position is full-time in Trieste, offering opportunities to work closely with relevant regulations.

Within the Compliance Department, the organizational unit Conformità unit aims to ensure the regular fulfillment of the core compliance duties in accordance with the relevant Banca d’Italia, CONSOB and IVASS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Managing the compliance control framework
• Ex‑ante and ex‑post verification of the suitability of internal procedures to ensure compliance with applicable rules with a specific focus on investment services
• Supporting the Company projects in relation to compliance topics
• Reporting to the process owners and corporate bodies

Requirements

• University level degree in finance/economics, business administration or law
• Problem‑solving and analytical skillset
• Ability to drive topics and deliver results even under pressure and time constraints
• Team player
• Knowledge of standard MS Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint above all)
• Good spoken and written English
• Successful track record of at least 3 years in Control Functions

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the banking/financial regulatory framework
