Descrizione del lavoro

Within the Compliance Department, the organizational unit Conformità unit aims to ensure the regular fulfillment of the core compliance duties in accordance with the relevant Banca d’Italia, CONSOB and IVASS regulations.

The candidate joining the team will support the Responsible in performing the main tasks of the unit such as:

• managing the compliance control framework
• ex-ante and ex-post verification of the suitability of internal procedures to ensure compliance with applicable rules with a specific focus on investment services
• supporting the Company projects in relation to compliance topics
• reporting to the process owners and corporate bodies

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• University level degree in finance/economics, business administration or law
• Problem-solving and analytical skillset
• Ability to drive topics and deliver results even under pressure and time constraints
• Team player
• Knowledge of standard MS Office applications (Excel and powerpoint above all)
• Good spoken and written English
• Successful track record of at least 3 years in Control Functions

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of the banking/financial regulatory framework
