Responsibilities authorities and accountabilities
- Develops and negotiates proposals for spare parts field services and repairs ensuring competitive pricing and value creation for shareholders.
- Manages complex commercial processes involving multiple internal and external stakeholders including engineering legal risk and finance teams.
- Prepares and oversees regional frame agreements negotiating tailored Terms & Conditions to meet customer requirements.
- Leads transactional deal execution structuring commercially and technically sound solutions with creativity and precision.
- Ensures proposal quality and timeliness maintaining accurate tracking and updates of opportunities using relevant tools and systems.
- Coordinates proposal outputs and business hand-offs ensuring alignment with production schedules and delivery timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance & Risk Management or Engineering from an accredited university or college.
- Experience: 13 years in Proposals Commercial Operations or Sales preferably within the energy or industrial services sector.
- Product Knowledge: Prior experience with BH IET Services offerings and products including repair field services and spare parts as well as familiarity with related processes tools business units and support functions.
- Contractual Expertise: Solid understanding of legal and financial aspects of contract clauses.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams aligning diverse stakeholders (engineering legal risk finance) toward common goals.
- Customer Orientation: Strong understanding of different customer profiles and needs with the ability to tailor offerings accordingly.
- Relationship Building: Demonstrated capability to build trust-based relationships with customers.
- Team & Learning Mindset: Collaborative team player with a positive attitude a passion for learning and the ability to foster a healthy team environment.
