Competenze

• Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred.

Mansioni

• Co-create personalized GG products with clients using various techniques.
• Guide clients through a unique co-creation experience.
• Play a proactive role in sales, supporting pre-sale and post-sale.
• Ensure proper customer registration on the Golden App.
• Maintain co-creation area according to visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with operational procedures and compliance.
• Utilize IT tools for business processes and customer engagement.
