CLOUD DEVOPS SYSTEM ENGINEER ARCHITECT

Sorint.Lab is seeking a Cloud DevOps Engineer with passion for technology and developing reliable, scalable state‑of‑the‑art software systems.

The ideal candidate is motivated to help continue automating and scaling infrastructure with a strong desire to test, implement, change and grow.

The Cloud DevOps system engineer we are hiring will have opportunities to experiment with and implement new technologies across entire architectures in the Cloud.

Mandatory Skills

• System skills, in order to manage CI/CD processes;
• Knowledge of the main public cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure or AWS or Google);
• Experience in the design and implementation of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery solutions and related tools;
• Knowledge of the main DevOps programming languages such as Java, C, C#, Powershell, Python, TSQL;
• Good familiarity with the main Version‑Control systems (Subversion, GitHub/GitLab);
• Knowledge of the main Automation/Build systems, containers and microservices (Jenkins, Docker, Artifactory, Puppet, Azure DevOps);
• Familiarity with the main testing tools (JUnit, DBUnit, tSQLt);
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems;
• Experience with configuration management tools, Deployment Automation & Orchestration (K8S, OCP);
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash, Python, Groovy;
• Appreciated knowledge of Agile methodology and the Atlassian suite.

Tasks and Activities

• Study and deliver new projects in the Cloud;
• Automate the distribution infrastructure (IaC);
• Manage and maintain DevOps processes in the Cloud.

Nice to Have

• Linux and networking skills required;
• Problem‑solving and teamwork skills;
• A good knowledge of spoken and written Italian and English is required.

Work Place

Remote working is allowed.

Rarely activity at the client's office (if required).

Working Hours

(8 hours a day)

Compensation
