A leading pharmaceutical company in Italy is seeking a Clinical Research Medical Advisor to provide clinical and strategic leadership for trials. You will manage studies with a focus on problem-solving and collaboration across various therapeutic areas. The ideal candidate has a Medical Degree and proficiency in both Italian and English. Experience in hematology or neuroscience is preferred, along with familiarity in clinical development. This role emphasizes teamwork and effective communication.

Summary

As a Clinical Research Medical Advisor, you will play a key role in providing clinical, strategic, and tactical leadership to support trials and clinical development plans, with medical and clinical accountability impacting the efficiency of clinical trial conduct.

About The Role

Your key responsibilities

Your Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Manage studies from a medical/clinical perspective, demonstrating problem-solving skills and mediating complex medical issues.
  • Adapt quickly across different therapeutic areas and indications.
  • Lead through effective communication, proactive cross-functional collaboration, and maintain high energy and motivation.
  • Provide clinical development and indication expertise; collaborate closely with Clinical Operations to ensure timely trial start-up, recruitment, early identification of delays, and mitigation planning.
  • Review and resolve local medical issues/questions, supporting discussions with global teams if necessary.

What You’ll Bring To The Role

  • Medical Degree (preferred)
  • Experience in hematology or neuroscience is preferred
  • Experience in clinical development
  • Proficiency in Italian and English
