Position –Class B CDL Delivery Specialist

Job Location –Mondovi, WI

Starting Date –Immediate

Employment Term –Direct Hire, may be seasonal for 8 weeks

Employment Type –Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) –1st Shift (7am to 3 or 4pm, Monday thru Friday)

Starting Pay –$25 per hour

Required Education –None

Required Experience –Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)

As a Delivery Driver, you will play a key role in managing deliveries, receiving product, and maintaining inventory levels. Additionally, you’ll assist with various tasks such as inventory transfer between locations, general facility maintenance, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This position is crucial in ensuring that the business runs efficiently and continues to grow.

Responsibilities

- Manage incoming deliveries and ensure proper storage to maintain inventory

- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure products are handled and delivered to customers on time.

- Contribute to optimizing processes and maintaining high operational standards

- Provide feedback to management regarding customer experiences and any issues

- Assist with inventory movement, cleaning, and general facility upkeep as needed

- Be flexible and willing to support other areas of the business when required

Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of livestock, agronomy, and crop production practices

- Strong verbal communication skills, including phone etiquette

- Ability to regularly lift 50 to 60 pound bags

- Experience operating a forklift

- Must possess at least Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)

- Motivated, honest, and dependable, with a proactive approach to work
