We’re hiring a Chief of Staff — Milan (Hybrid)

Reporting to: CEO & Founder

We are searching for a Chief of Staff who can operate as the CEO’s trusted partner and force‑multiplier. Someone who transforms strategy into action, orchestrates company cadence, unblocks teams daily, and frees the founders to focus on product vision, fundraising, and market expansion.

High performers in this role typically progress to a VP Operations or COO track within 18–30 months.

Run the operating rhythm end‑to‑end: weekly exec, monthly business reviews, quarterly OKRs, systematic blocker removal.

• Lead 2–3 cross‑functional “tiger team” projects each quarter (e.g., Own board‑pack narrative, investor communications, and due‑diligence data rooms).
• 4–8 years in strategy consulting, business operations, investment banking, or product / ops roles in high‑growth environments.
• Proven track record in running cross‑functional projects with measurable impact.
• Strong analytical capability: advanced Excel / G‑Sheets, basic SQL / BI, fast modelling and slide‑building.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Experience in legal‑tech, fintech, or regulated B2 B services.
