A leading culinary technology firm in Italy is seeking a culinary consultant to provide application support for their innovative cooking units. You'll execute unit introductions, assist at exhibitions, and support the Sales team. Candidates should have extensive experience as a chef and familiarity with RATIONAL units. This freelance role requires strong communication and organizational skills. Join our dynamic team to enhance customer experiences and culinary presentations.

Competenze

• Long-time experience as a chef in a well-established hotel or restaurant with leadership experience.
• Experience in working at exhibitions is preferred.
• Sales experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Execution of unit introductions and Academy meetings.
• Support in planning and participation in exhibitions.
• Provide application and culinary support to Sales team and end customers.

Tasks :

• Execution of unit introductions, Academy meetings, and show cooking
• Support in planning and participation to exhibitions
• Application and Culinary support to Sales team, Dealers or end Customers on a local level in collaboration with the Corporate Chef team
• Consultant for Service department on application questions from end customers
• Management of ChefLine®
• Application support for ConnectedCooking and reviewer of recipes

Practical Experiences / Skills :

• Long-time experience as a chef in a well-established hotel or restaurant with leadership experience
• Necessary previous experience in using RATIONAL units
• Excellent food and kitchen knowledge
• Experience in working at exhibitions preferred
• Sales experience is a plus
• Good knowledge of Italian,English is a plus
