About the Company

Coloplast is today composed of four divisions: Chronic Care, Advanced Wound Care, Interventional Urology, Voice & Respiratory Care. The Voice & Respiratory Care division is the result of the recent entry into Coloplast by Atos Medical, a Swedish company founded in 1986 that leads in the production and marketing of products for the management of laryngectomized and tracheotomized patients. Coloplast is a global provider of devices for phonatory and pulmonary rehabilitation following laryngectomy and tracheotomy, operating nationwide with a strong presence in hospitals and the territorial distribution of devices.

Since 2021, Atos Medical is the Voice and Respiratory Care division of Coloplast A/S.

Role and Team

We are looking for a Business Performance Manager for the Voice & Respiratory Care division. The resource will work as the principal sparring partner of the Business Unit Director and will be a member of the division's Management Team. The Business Performance Manager, with a consolidated experience in managing business performance, will collaborate with function leaders to drive growth and organizational development.

Responsibilities

• Act as a partner for the Management and commercial functions to improve the division's performance and commercial dynamics
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leaders to support achieving revenue, KPI, and investment objectives
• Support the design and guide the implementation of Commercial Excellence initiatives for field personnel to optimize structure and operations
• Responsible for subsidiaria reporting, goal setting, calculation of incentives and commissions for agents and distributors
• Structure the division's pricing policy, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure adherence to commercial practices to grow portfolio profitability
• Coordinate Annual Business Planning processes, quarterly forecasts, and preparation of investment cases
• Serve as main contact for Finance and Commercial Excellence functions at Headquarters for project management and material preparation, acting as point of contact with the Regional Financial Partner
• Lead the use of information systems (Salesforce, Power BI), improving their operativity, supporting colleagues in usage, and acting as liaison with Global functions

Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related fields
• Consolidated experience in analytical-financial roles of at least 5 years (experience in management consulting is a plus)
• Structured approach with strong numerical analysis and problem-solving skills
• Business acumen, commercial attitude and strong results orientation (experience in commercial roles is a plus)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to prepare corporate presentations; capable of presenting complex topics in simple terms and interacting at all organizational levels
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
