About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Manager to lead Charlotte Tilbury’s airport retail operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing teams of 5+ retail professionals and store operations, with a proven ability to deliver exceptional sales and results in beauty, luxury, or FMCG retail. Experience in airport or duty‑free environments is highly desirable. This role will manage several airports and requires approximately 20% travel to other airports.

Role Accountabilities
  • Lead and inspire teams across multiple airport locations to achieve sales and operational excellence.
  • Manage counters and stores, ensuring compliance with brand standards and host store policies.
  • Drive commercial success through strategic planning, KPI management, and budget control.
  • Build strong relationships with host store partners and senior stakeholders.
  • Deliver luxury customer experiences tailored to international travellers.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and succession planning for your team.
  • Monitor stock levels, conduct audits, and provide proactive counsel on inventory management.
  • Plan and execute initiatives for new product launches and seasonal activity.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and airport security protocols.
Key Selection Criteria
  • Extensive experience of direct retail team management experience in beauty, luxury, or FMCG.
  • Proven ability to manage teams of 5+ people and multiple retail locations.
  • Strong commercial acumen and operational expertise in fast‑paced environments.
  • Experience in airport or duty‑free retail highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts and adapt to changing travel retail trends.
  • Willingness to travel (20%) of the time.
  • Multilingual skills are an advantage.
